Alba Garcìa Betorz finalist in the Mango Fashion Startup Contest

Alba García, IED Barcelona alumna, is among the 10 finalists for the contest with her startup BCome, a platform that enables textile and apparel companies to build responsible supply chains, ensure transparency and bring it to the end customer.

Now in its third edition, the award aims to recognize the most promising startup in the fashion industry in Spain based on criteria established by the expert committee. The award includes a series of opportunities in terms of visibility and notoriety. Alba García founded BCome in 2019 with Anna Cañadell. It is a software specialized in quantifying the environmental impact of the production chains of fashion companies. The company, which operates with a SaaS model, plans to consolidate this year in the European market and leap to the United States.
