When Design improves life

Nastya Kuliábina, Alumna IED Barcelona, created EMA, a project in collaboration with a children's hospital that replaces the annoying electrodes of medical examinations with cute and colourful wireless sensors. In this way, the child has less fear, feels more involved and becomes active in the analysis itself, thus feeling better able to cope with a difficult situation. Kudos to recent graduate in Product Design Nastya for proving that design is not just aesthetics but serves to improve life.
