Piazza d’Italia refurbished by IED Rio de Janeiro alumni

IED Rio alumni worked on the redevelopment of Piazza d'Italia in a project in collaboration with the Italian Consulate General, the Italian Cultural Institute in Rio de Janeiro and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Today the square, reborn to new life thanks to the wonderful creative work done by the alumni, which integrates drawing, painting and collage, hosts themed events and evenings. Gastronomy, cinema, music and culture bring to life a space that has rediscovered its values of aggregation thanks to the commitment of talented and motivated young people such as Gabriela Oliveira, Carolina Manes, Júlia and Lucas Moura, lead by IED Rio professor Débora Oigman.
