
Carolina Galeazzi wins the Foodture Sustainable Innovation Awards

Carolina Galeazzi’s Ex-Tĕrra project won one of the Foodture Sustainable Innovation Awards assigned at the latest edition of Foodture Barcelona, the event that rewards innovation in food design, food tech, social food and sustainability. The project was recognized as innovative in finding cutting-edge solutions to the challenges of the global food industry. Ex-Tĕrra uses agricultural waste from Carxofa Prat (artichoke from Prat) to develop a new biological material that can be used in artisanal production, such as artichoke paper. Galeazzi will receive an honorable mention and will participate in an Acceleration Day to promote her project with various experts and mentors.
