A healthy dose of animation

Former IED Milano students Diletta Tirrò and Sara Ruggieri, graduates in Illustration and Animation, produced a short animated film for their Thesis Project "My son is good at playing hide and seek", which was among the finalists of the Health for All Film Festival organised by the World Health Organization. The mixed media animated short, made using traditional techniques and backgrounds in recycled material, deals with the story of a hikikomori told from the point of view of the mother who tries to make contact with her son, while he isolates himself in silence.
