Filippo Grazioli is the new creative director of Missoni

Filippo Grazioli, Fashion Design Course Alumnus from IED Milan, takes the place of Angela Missoni, and will be the one to sign the new men's and women's collections and to supervise the lifestyle image of the historic brand. Just over forty, Fabrizio has 18 years of experience, almost all of them working for big names of the fashion industry, such as Martin Margiela and Riccardo Tisci. It was precisely the meeting with Margiela that marked his career more than any other. After graduating from high school, Fabrizio worked as an intern at Staff International and here he met the designer with whom he created a professional partnership that saw him working as his right-hand man for women's collections until 2013. Later he worked as a senior designer for ladies' fashion at Hermès. In 2015, the meeting with Riccardo Tisci led to the appointment as director of the Givenchy collections, and later as director of the Burberry Runway collection. His debut on the catwalk will be in September, with the first official show, but in May he will make his first public appearance at the presentation of the men's and women's pre-collections for Spring Summer 2023. In Missoni, a brand which is undergoing a new creative wave, another Alumnus has been working as Visual Graphic Designer since November 2021: Giacomo Mannu, former Interior Design student at IED Florence.
