Enrico Casarosa nominated for "Luca"

Enrico Casarosa, who studied at IED Milan, received the official nomination for an Oscar as the Director of the Disney-Pixar animated film Luca. Casarosa is 50 years old, and was born in Genoa, in Liguria, where the film is set. He was storyboard artist for Ice Age, Up, Cars, Ratatouille, and The Incredibles 2, and had already obtained an Oscar nomination for his short film La Luna in 2012. Luca has been released only on the Disney Plus platform, grossing nearly $ 50 million overall. It has also been nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Animated Film.
