The distinction “Red Dot” has become established internationally as one of the most sought-after seals of quality for good design. 

The Red Dot Award: Product Design honours the best products of each year. Whether aesthetically pleasing, functional, smart or innovative – the award-winning objects are united by their outstanding design quality.

From fashion and accessories to consumer electronics and vehicles, household appliances and furniture – you can choose between 49 different categories when participating in the Red Dot Award: Product Design. In addition to the traditional product groups, objects can also be entered in the metacategories “Smart Products” and “Innovative Products”, giving their authors the chance to receive two awards in the competition.

The registration phase will start on 11 October 2021.
