FOREST FIRES EMERGENCY: IED IS CLOSE TO ITS ALUMNI
Tragic news continues to arrive from various parts of the world where our Alumni live. Fires have hit the regions of Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria, Abruzzo and Puglia, even Turkey, and continue to burn putting the lives of people and animals at risk, cause environmental disasters, and damages are incalculable. Incomprehensibly, some of these fires are stated intentionally by criminals.
IED is close to its Alumni in these dramatic circumstances. Our thoughts and our solidarity go to all the communities living in the areas affected by the fires.

Each one of us can do their part, supporting organisations and associations that are currently working to solve the disasters caused by the fires.
In Italy the Protezione Civile, Italy’s Emergency and Disaster Management Department, is at the forefront, and in Sardinia LAV, an animal protection movement, has taken action for the safety of animals in emergency areas.
