Don Alfonso 1890: Giordana Vasile's graduation thesis

The IED Alumna has completed her thesis project dedicated to the temple of food and wine in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi. The work, called "Don Alfonso 1890 - A journey through food, history and nature in the Sorrento peninsula", is a photographic book about the excellence of her land.
