IED Showcases Emerging Talent at Fashion Graduate Italia 2023

Published on October 11, 2023

The presence of IED in this year's Fashion Graduate Italia event has seen a runway show that featured the work from 12 emerging designers from IED's Italian campuses. The "Future Starts Slow 2023" show took place on October 26th at Base Milano (via Tortona 56).

The fashion show presented 10 capsule collections for men, women, and genderless styles, all designed around the concept "Do you remember the future?" The collections offered a snapshot of the current state of fashion, reflecting personal visions shaped by individual life changes. The focus remained on the individual, emphasizing sustainable production in the fashion industry.

The participating IED students were Annarita Brava, Annalisa Corvace, Alessio Dolfi and Carlotta Mora, Daria Gastaldi, Dorotea Oddo, Matteo Rosellini, Zineb Sannak, Maria Chiara Sorbino, Angelica Siddi, Susy Zhang and Jieru Yang.

The event was also attended by a group of Alumni from Rome and Milan, who met with IED Milano management and IED Career and Alumni staff during a business lunch. We would therefore like to thank for their presence and support to the younger designers Beatrice Baiardo, Giancarlo Banchi, Elisa Biroli, Alessia Crea, Simone Folli, Stefano Lo Muzio, Martina Maggiorelli, Italo Marseglia and Vito Michele Nitti
