Aitor Goikoetxea wins the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent award at MBFW

The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Madrid (MBFW) took place in February in the Spanish capital. During the event, the 21st edition of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent Award was presented to IED Barcelona alumnus Aitor Goikoetxea, a designer with great potential whose innovative clothing is highly sought after domestically and internationally. Aitor Goikoetxea showcased his "Adarrak" collection, which features sustainable materials and vintage fabrics to breathe new life into his designs. Through his use of prints, colours, and textures, Aitor creates a nostalgic universe that reimagines traditional garments with new meanings.
