Madrid Design Festival
From 7 February to 9 April 2023, Madrid will host the sixth edition of the international Madrid Design Festival, transforming the city into the capital of design and placing it in a privileged global context. This year, the event will have Seville as its host city. It will feature exhibitions, meetings, workshops, conferences and an extensive programme of activities involving designers, specialists and professionals from the sector.
The festival focuses on the fabric of both national and local design in Madrid and, thanks to the collaboration of institutions, brands, companies, museums and spaces in the city, offers an overview of the best Madrid and Spanish design, as well as its ability to face the most complex challenges. Among them, IED and its alumni, who contribute to the festival's activities.
Join us for the Forbes Talk panel discussion on February 16th at 10am at ILE (P.º del Gral. Martínez Campos, 14, 28010 Madrid) featuring Giusi Lara (Managing Director of IED Madrid), an alumnus from IED Madrid, and professionals from the retail, creative agency, tech, and gastronomy industries. They will discuss the role of designers and the importance of creativity in companies' growth.
